COMMUNICABLE DISEASE CLINIC
Edendale CDC is a brand new Communicable Disease Clinic located within the Edendale Hospital, just a few kilometres outside of Pietermaritzburg. It comprises of dedicated consulting rooms, ample patient waiting areas and a fully-operational pharmarcy.
HOSPITAL UPGRADE
King George V hospital: Located in Springfield, KwaZulu- Natal, the hospital is a Tuberculosis and Psychiatric hospital with a bed count of 900. The King George V Hospital is a unique development, which is the combination of three hospitals into a single management and physical unit.
Moses Mabhida Stadium: Located toward the north of the city of Durban, the Moses Mabhida stadium was designed and built for the 2010 soccer world cup. The stadium has a capacity of 56 000 seats.
The stadium design allows for seating to be adjusted, with local match seats at 56 000 and international at 80 000.
It can also host various other events including bungee jumping, concerts, cricket, golf practice and more.
This iconic stadium is named after the great Freedom fighter of note Mr Mbeki Mncane Moses Mabhida, born in Thornville on the 14th of October 1923 – Died in Maputo on the 8th of March 1986. At the time of his death Mr Mabhida was a dorminant figure in the ANC and CPSA (currently known as SACP), both inside and outside South Africa.
The Cargo Terminal Building is the second largest building in the new Airport Precinct after the Passenger Terminal. At 14 560 square metres this building comprises of the Warehouse and “Grade A” Offices on the First Floor, housing different Government Departments and the Cargo Operator.
This building is designed to cope with high volumes of all kinds of cargo “traffic” that moves across the globe. The Warehouse component is fully automated and is loaded with the state-of-the-art technology that monitors each and every movement of parcels at every stage.
KSIA Cargo Terminal is on par with other international Cargo Buildings in Europe and Middle East, and it is the first of its kind in South Africa.
For security reasons we are not able to display any photographs, drawings or renders of this project. We were able to design and see through to completion and complex fitting of the design concept that included specific security considerations.
The Tissue Culture building is located in the Dube AgriZone. Dube AgriZone is designed to stimulate growth in the KZN’s perishable sector. This high tech farming platform is anchored around the tissue culture building, a series of botanical laboratories fitted with state of the art technology, that allows for the propagation of disease-free plants
